Tell us how many people you are hosting, we’ll choose an appropriate selection of delicious and unique cheeses and present them on a sustainable bamboo platter

 Intimate gathering, serves 4-6,  1 ½ lbs.                   
Cheerful holiday, serves 8-10, 2 ½ lbs.                     
Cheese for the crowd, serves 12-16, 3 ½ lbs.           
Add Rustic Bakery crackers or gourmet nuts and a locally made jam or honey                     
 

Your Own Selection

Want a bit more control over which cheeses you’ll be serving?  Come in and speak to our cheesemonger – tell him your group’s likes and dislikes.  Together we’ll select the best array of cheeses for your holiday and budget.  Cheeses are individually wrapped and priced based on weight.

Unique sea salts and peppercorns from around the world, local artisanal jams and shrubs, imported honey, hand-batched crackers, cornichons round out the perfect cheese plate.

"Cheesecakes"

Not really a cheesecake, but a cake made of cheese.  This is a fantastic alternative to a traditional wedding cake, or for any large event.  'Cheesecakes' can be made in a multitude of sizes, and can serve parties of 30 or parties of 300.  We'll work with you to decide what kind of cheeses you like and recommend ones that work well for the cake.
